I suggested a few of the more exotic and remote places I&#8217;d been, including\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wahiba_Sands\">Wahiba Sands<\/a> in Oman, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bardsey.org\/\">Bardsey Island<\/a> in North Wales\u00a0and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tacenc.com\/\">Ta Cenc<\/a> in Gozo. But the idea they liked best was one closer to home: a\u00a0quirky\u00a0cricket ground on the lawns of a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hovingham.co.uk\/\">country house<\/a>\u00a0picturesquely set in the Howardian Hills in North Yorkshire.
